North County Panthers

2020 Board of Directors

Ryan Bergeron has been involved with North County Panthers since 2018.  His son Cameron played football on the 8U team and his daughter Mallory was a cheerleader on the Tiny Mite Squad.  Ryan is not new to the world of sports, having played hockey throughout his High School career.  He spent the 2018 season as an Assistant Coach for the 8U Football Team and was instrumental in gaining and providing film for coaches to study allowing them to improve their game strategy and coaching plan.

With Ryan’s professional career and team sports understanding, he is an asset to the league and continues to build a football program that maintains all necessary safety standards and learning environment for our student athletes.

Hailee Bergeron was elected the Cheer Coordinator at North County Pop Warner in 2018.  Hailee spent most of her youth days as a cheerleader from the age of 5 throughout High School.  She is very knowledgeable of the sport as a whole and spends time learning new areas to improve our program.

Her daughter Mallory was a cheerleader on the Tiny Mites squad in 2018, and has spent her off season in tumbling and gymnastics and her son Cameron was a skilled player on the 8U football team.  Hailee has spent time training with local High School coaches to be able to create competitive routines for all of the North County squads.  In 2018, her Jr. Pee Wee squad placed through their competitions including the Regional Pop Warner Competition.

Michelle Robichaud has been involved with North County Panthers since 2015 when her son Tucker started playing football for the 6U team.  Michelle, an avid football fan, has no shortage of knowledge when it come to the game or the finances.  Michelle has held professional positions in both accounts receivable and banking positions in her professional career.

Running a youth sports league is quite the challenge when it comes to the financial aspect.  Ensuring the league is in a position that allows to not only keep the kids safe with proper equipment and uniforms but also in a position to allow us to offer scholarships to families in need is instrumental.  Michelle is always open to the challenge and conquers them successfully.

Krystal Flagg has been involved with North County Panthers since 2017.  Her son Maliek played his first year with North County Panthers on the 6U team in 2017 and this past season both of her sons played. With Maliek on the 8U team and Marquise on the 6U team.

Krystal is the key communicator for the team moms. Team moms play an important role on the sidelines.  They support the players when they come of the field, take responsibility for making sure the boys are comfortable and having fun as well as communicate all important information to the parents.  Krystal is an RN in the ICU unit at Heywood Hospital in Gardner and often takes on the role of being the RN on duty for our football games.

Terri Stuart is a mom of four boys.  She joined the North County Panthers in 2018.  Three of her four boys played football at the 12U, 8U and 6U level.  Her world is filled with mud, adventures and football.  As a mom of four, she fully understand the importance of scholastic achievement.

Terri is the person who tackles all things scholastic with North county Panthers.  She works directly with the national level of scholastics at Pop Warner, along with the parents, teachers and guidance counselors to ensure that all of North County Panthers student athletes are achieving satisfactory grades.  At North County Pop Warner, we feel that scholastics is much more important than anything that happens on the field, and she is at the heart of all that.
